Important Information – Aquaduck Ride

·       Check-in is required 20 minutes prior to departure at the Aquaduck store

·       Tours depart on time. Late arrivals will forfeit tickets. No refunds provided

·       Seating is pre-allocated by staff for safety. We cannot accommodate seating requests - thank you for your understanding

·       Infants (0–1 years) ride free on your lap (Aquaduck only) and must be included in your booking

·       Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+

·       No toilets on board – please use facilities before check-in

·       Prams/strollers are not permitted on board and cannot be stored. Please leave them in your vehicle or accommodation
