Please note: this combo isn't available for children under 3, as infants and young children aren't permitted on the hot air balloon (standalone Aquaduck tickets are available for little ones instead). 

During school holidays, please allow extra time for travel and parking — no refunds or reschedules are available for late arrivals or no-shows.

Good to Know about the Aquaduck:

• Aquaduck check-in is 20 minutes prior to departure at the Aquaduck store — tours depart on time and late arrivals will forfeit tickets, with no refunds


• Seating on the Aquaduck is pre-allocated by staff for safety, so we're unable to accommodate seating requests


• Infants (0–1 years) ride free on Mum or Dad's lap on the Aquaduck and must be included in your booking


• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18+


• No toilets on board — please use facilities before check-in


• No pram/stroller storage on the Duck, but you're welcome to leave them at the Aquaduck Office during your tour
