PLEASE NOTE THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR AQUADUCK RIDE. 

- Check in is at Aquaduck HQ – Corner of Cavill Ave & Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217

- Please ensure you arrive 20 minutes prior to departure and check in at the Aquaduck store.

- The tour will depart on time. Failure to board will result in your ticket being forfeited. 

- Aquaduck doesn't have toilets on board - please go before checking in.

- Infants are free but must be included in your booking as we have a capacity head count on board

- Please note there is no pram/stroller storage. You cannot take these items on the Duck and there is no storage area to leave them behind whilst on tour. Please leave your prams in your car or accommodation.

- Seats on Aquaduck are pre-allocated by our staff for safety reasons, and unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate specific seating requests—thank you for your understanding.
